Hi, I paid via the NOWPayments link (paid in USDC) about 2 hours ago and still haven't received my license key by email. The payment went through — I can see the transaction on-chain. What should I do?
Hi mike_r, thanks for reaching out. A couple of things to check first:
- Check your spam folder — the license key email comes from noreply@winweatherbot.com and some providers (especially Gmail and Outlook) occasionally filter it.
- Crypto confirmation time — USDC payments require a minimum number of blockchain confirmations before NOWPayments marks them as complete. This usually takes 5–20 minutes but can take longer on congested networks. 2 hours is longer than typical though.
Can you DM me the email address you used at checkout and the approximate transaction amount? I'll look up the payment ID and issue your key manually if the system didn't send it automatically.
