WIN Weather Bot (formerly known as GoldScav, "the Software") is an independent third-party application developed and operated solely by its publisher. The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or otherwise associated with Polymarket, Polymarket Holdings, Inc., Blue Sky Trading, Inc., or any of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or licensors (collectively, "Polymarket").
Trademarks
Polymarket®, the Polymarket logo, and all related names, marks, emblems and images are trademarks of their respective owners. All other product names, company names, brand names, trademarks and service marks referenced herein are the property of their respective holders. Any reference to such marks is made under the nominative-fair-use doctrine for the sole purpose of identifying the third-party platform with which the Software interoperates, and does not imply ownership, endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or any commercial relationship.
Interoperability only
The Software interacts with the public Polymarket CLOB API and on-chain smart contracts under the same terms available to any end user. It does not redistribute, resell, mirror, replicate, or republish Polymarket data, content, branding, market feeds, or any portion of the Polymarket service. The user remains solely responsible for compliance with Polymarket's Terms of Service, regional eligibility rules, and all applicable laws.

Independent operation
The user installs and runs the Software on their own device, under their own Polymarket account, using their own private keys and their own funds. The publisher has no custody of user funds, no access to user keys, and no execution authority over user trades.
