1. Prohibited Activities

Brand bidding on search engines (Google, Bing) using "WIN Weather Bot" or related keywords in paid advertisements is strictly prohibited.

2. Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in every piece of promotional content. Example: "This is an affiliate link — I earn a commission on purchases made through it."

3. No Spam

Sending unsolicited emails, direct messages, or any form of spam to promote WIN Weather Bot is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Self-Referral

Purchasing WIN Weather Bot through your own affiliate link is considered fraud and will result in immediate suspension without payout of pending commissions.

5. Commission Hold Period

All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period before becoming available for payout. This protects against chargebacks and fraudulent transactions.

6. Commission Changes

WIN Weather Bot reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days written notice. Existing referrals will honor the rate at the time of conversion.

7. Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is $20 USD. Payouts below this amount will accumulate until the threshold is reached.

8. Payment Method

All affiliate payouts are made in USDC (ERC-20) on the Ethereum network to the wallet address provided by the affiliate. Payouts are processed within 7 business days of the request.

9. Termination

WIN Weather Bot may suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms without prior notice. Pending commissions in hold may be forfeited in cases of fraud or terms violation.
